May 7, 2008 - The University of Calgary's Schulich
School of Engineering has placed an order for an
eVader-class VTOL air vehicle from Gress
Aerospace.  They will use it to
study control laws
governing this vehicle type, develop algorithms for
enabling
its advanced capabilities, and as a general
research platform for investigating such items as
autonomous hovering and obstacle avoidance.  
Delivery is scheduled for end of August, 2008.
